Little Miss "L" had her fifth birthday in "Fairyland". She was Mariposa for a day, complete with pink hair. We decorated the table with fairy wings on every chair. The little fairies played "Pin the Petal on the Flower" and fairly flitted about dressed in fairy costumes. Miss "L" got a beautiful fairy book complete with enchanted music, and every other "fairy good" and thematic present. We finished off with giant pink watering cans for all the good fairies who came so they could tend their fairy flower gardens at home.
The "Fairiest of them All" got her first real bike called the Mongoose "Lilac". The day she was born I took lilacs with me to the hospital and sniffed my way through labor. An a better thematic bike could not be found! She loves it! The little fairies loved the party and we loved doing it.
